SOMETHING NEW IS COMING TO GRENADA
Meet COAST.
Tucked away on the water at Cocoa Cove, something new has been quietly taking shape.
Not just a new restaurant.
A new way to experience Grenada.
Welcome to COAST.
COAST began with a fairly simple idea: what if we could create a restaurant that took its food very seriously, without taking itself too seriously?
A place where you could eat something genuinely exceptional and still feel completely at ease.
Where beautiful ingredients, proper cooking and thoughtful service mattered more than white tablecloths and formality.
Refined dining. Without the pomp and ceremony.
That idea has gradually become COAST.
BUILT AROUND GRENADA
Grenada gives us an extraordinary pantry to work with.
Fresh fish from our waters. Cocoa and nutmeg. Callaloo, plantain and cassava. Moringa, tamarind, tropical fruit, herbs and produce grown across the island.
At COAST, those ingredients aren’t there simply to make a dish feel “Caribbean”. They’re the starting point.
We take the ingredients and flavours around us and bring them together with classical technique, contemporary cooking and influences gathered from much further afield.
Grenada leads. The kitchen takes it from there.

SERIOUS FOOD. BAREFOOT SPIRIT.
We don't think exceptional food needs an exceptional amount of ceremony around it.
Come straight from the beach.
Order a beautiful bottle of wine and stay for three courses.
Or sit down at Golden Hour, order something cold, share a few plates and watch the light disappear over the water.
COAST should feel special without ever feeling stiff.
Warm service. Great music. Beautiful drinks. Food with personality.
The sort of restaurant we want to eat in ourselves.
MORE THAN A RESTAURANT
Over time, COAST will become a way of experiencing Grenada through food.
We want to introduce guests to the fishermen, growers, markets, ingredients and stories behind what arrives on the plate.
There will be opportunities to cook with us, visit the market, discover Grenadian ingredients, drink cocktails as the sun goes down and sit down for more intimate chef-led dinners.
And there will be parties.
Definitely parties.
But we're not going to reveal everything at once.

WHY WE'RE OPENING QUIETLY
COAST isn't arriving with one enormous opening night and a claim that everything is perfect.
We're doing things a little differently.
During September, we're opening COAST gradually.
Cooking. Training. Tasting. Adjusting.
Inviting people in.
Listening.
And giving our team the time and space to become genuinely good at what we do.
Because we'd rather build something remarkable carefully than open something ordinary quickly.
If you join us during these early weeks, you're not simply coming for dinner.
You're becoming part of the beginning.
THIS IS ONLY THE FIRST COURSE.
Over the next few weeks we'll introduce you to the people building COAST.
We'll show you where our ingredients come from.
We'll take you inside the kitchen.
We'll introduce the first COAST menu.
We'll share Golden Hour.
And we'll introduce you to a dish we're hoping might become a little bit famous.
It's called CRABBIT.
Yes. CRABBIT.
We'll explain later.
For now, this is simply hello.
We are COAST.
Grenada, on a plate.
Eat. Sip. COAST.
COAST at Cocoâ Cove, New Westerhall Point, Grenada
