It began with years of cooking, feeding people and building something of our own in Grenada — learning what people come back for, what this island has to offer, and the kind of hospitality we wanted to create.
Now that journey meets another.
COAST is the flagship restaurant of Cocoa Cove — a place built over years with its own story, character and sense of Grenada.

COCOA COVE
Originally opened in 2018 as 473 Grenada Boutique Resort, Cocoa Cove was created over many years by owners Mark and Jennifer Soloman — an intimate nine-villa retreat shaped by its waterfront setting and a very particular sense of Grenada.

Our story took a different route. Years of cooking, hospitality and building Red Crab and Fairways in Grenada taught us what people come back for — good food, warmth, personality and places that feel genuine.
COAST brings everything we've learned along the way into a new home at Cocoa Cove.
